Vista - windows change size while working

Control panel>Mouse>Devise settings>Settings>Select an item>Tapping>Tap
zones>Bottom right action///select Button/Zone/Gesture completely disabled.
this worked on my Toshiba A135-S4427

It does the same thing, It looks like Vista is using the edges of any window
for the purpose of resizing including controls. any ideas about how to get
control of this? The window has resized everytime I went to reply.
