Enable advanced performance

Any use in enabling this under the hard drive policies? I read that it helps
drive performance some. Any use it doing it for my interal drive?

Re: Enable advanced performance

So where exactly did you find this? I went looking for it in GPEdit and
can't find anything like that...

Re: Enable advanced performance

Ah, ok, I see it now. Given that it's indented under the Enable write
caching option, I bet it's a tweak on that, maybe larger buffers in RAM and
a lower priority on the background writes or something. Interesting...I'll
enable it and see how it goes.
