The rating system is currently under a lot of work and is pretty much useless at
this point as it will default your rating to the lowest component. Even if
something has a rating of x.9 (like 2.9) it will lower itself to 2 instead of
rounding up to 3, so if even one component is low, the entire rating suffers. I
would not really worry about it at this point though.
BTW, what component does have the lowest rating? If it's the graphics card, I've
seen several reports, and also seen it myself, where installing the beta drivers
can increase the GPU and graphics rating, although the drivers do tend to cause
problems for some people.
