Vista - what to clean

when i do a disk clean-up while it is calculating it says "system error
memory dump files" then it list what files can b deleted. i no to delete
temp internetr , recycle bin, temporty files, and thumbnails, but should i
delete downloded prog files, hibernation file cleaner,set-up log files, per
user archived windows error report. is this last 1 a problem

Don't remove the hibernation file if you use hibernation. Hibernation won't
work then, though it can be turned back on from an elevated command prompt
with the command powercfg -h on
