active shield components missing

active shield components missing

hi was wondering if anyone can help me seems like when i turn my puter on
....right at the begininng i get ...some active shield components are missing
and its a red X so im dont know what too do ....can anyone help me?? thanks

The shield messages are from Control Panel (Classic View) > Security Center.
You can go there to see what the racket is all about, and also change the
way Security Center alerts you.

Active Shield is normally part of McAfee security products. It sounds
like your McAfee (which is a terrible product, BTW) isn't working.
Personally, I suggest you uninstall McAfee completely and use something
better. Recommended antivirus programs are NOD32, Kaspersky, or even
Avast (free). Otherwise:
