Vista Tutorial - small black box with blue frame stuck on screen

Hi...I could use help in removing a small black box surrounded by a thin blue
frame on the right top corner of my screen. It's in front of everything and
can't be moved. It just recently showed up on my new Microsoft Vista Home
Premium program.

Much appreciation for any help.

Can you right click on it?

Use TASK MANAGER and MSCONFIG to figure out what it is.

Task Manager Ctrl - Shift - Esc is direct to it or Cntrl - Alt - Del -
select Task Manager

I figured out that the black box was the window that could play a TV program
or video while working on the computer. I was able to delete it by going to
the menu. Thanks for the feedback!
