| | Windows Experience Index Unrated When I click on Refresh or Update the score, the computer goes through the checking process the sub scores are there but the Graphics and Gaming Graphics only have a score of 1.0 I have a Nividia 8600 GT Graphics with 256mb It is a New computer, only one week old with Intel CPU and Motherboard 2Gb of RAM. At the bottom of the WEI page it states Last Rating: 14/06/2012 4:10:51 PM and that is what it remains at. The Base Score reads 1.0 but it is greyed out The other scores are 5.5 5.5 and 5.4 they also do not change. Help would be very much appreciated. aussietaff |

| | Re: Windows Experience Index Unrated Hello, have you tried updating your graphics drivers? This could help. http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp Please report whether it helped anything. Greetings, P. | | RE: Windows Experience Index Unrated First make sure you have the drivers installed as suggested by P. Di Stolfo. If you still cannot update the WEI, then delete the files in C:\Windows\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore (copying the files to another folder will also work if you don't like to delete them) |

| | Re: Windows Experience Index Unrated Exactly what for help are you looking ? The index is the lowest score - in your case "1" - the Graphics and Gaming index is not a critical index. BTW 5.9 is the highest posssible score.
