Vista - Hard drive use.

This is also happening to me. Im running Vista home premium and it is
starting to effect the performance of my PC.

your screenshot shows the system restore is creating a new restore point (it
writes on sistem volume information). This doesn't affect the performances,
because restore points are created at low I/O priority.

It would be nice to indicate what people will see when they click on your
link.

With all the malware going around these day many, who could assist you, will
not click on unknown links without "something" to tell them what it is all
about.
