Vista - Cannot change colors of window elements

jhansman n/a posts	Cannot change colors of window elements Has anyone noticed that the display properties for windows are broken? You can choose different colors, fonts, etc. for title bars and such, but none of the settings will stick. I've tried every setting I can find, but no joy. Any ideas?
