minimizing screen sensitivity

I have two questions
1. Whenever I have a screen on full size especially when I am online
(verizon.net) it keeps flipping to the minimized size when I scroll down. Is
there anyway to stop this from happening?

2. My laptop screen (Toshiba) attracts every bit of dust in the room, how
do I stop this or what do I use to keep it clean and streak free?

Thanks

Re: minimizing screen sensitivity

Go to the below and update your drivers ALL of them, especially for the
Touchpad.

or

Also only use a damp cloth (water only) to clean screen.

2. get a spray bottle of Klear Screen (about $10). no ammonia or
alcohol in it. great stuff!

At electronics stores they sell anti-static spray. Static is what attracts
dust to the screens.
It is completely invisible and I use it on all my computers and televisions.

I use a nice gentle cleaning solution and a cotton cloth. Anything else
seems to charge it with more static LOL and the screen gets covered.
