Vista will not boot

If I shutdown my 5 month old Vista Home Premium System, it gets to the logo,
then black screens. It will not go further. I will try 5 plus times and
finally the logo will stay on a little longer before getting to my user login.

Re: Vista will not boot

Thanks for the support reference. I'm not that comfortable around computers,
yet, but where do you find the Windows Recovery Environment (Windows RE)? Is
this contained on one of the CDs that came along with the computer?
