Vista - Error report (or Problem report)

Allright, I'll try to translate as good as possible from my Swedish Vista
version.

When an error occurs in my Vista version a programme tries to solve it,
"Error reports and..." (SE:"Problemrapporter...") is opened.
I choose language. Since there isn't a solution in Sweish i choose "English".

Then I get the following error:

You are not connected to the Internet.
There is someting wrong with the Microsoft-servern

Possible solutions:
Check your Internet connection. Try to connect to an other website using
your webbrowser.
If the Internet connection works the server might temporary be out of order.
