| Guest | Vista not reading my Dual Core CPU Capacity Correctly?? I upgraded my processor to an AMD Opteron 2.2Ghz Dual Core processor. For some reason windows vista is reading that my CPU usage is at 75% to 90% capacity for both cores at rest. Things seem to be moving too fast for that to be true but things also do seem a little bit slow. Is there any way to fix this so Vista can read my processor usage correctly? |

I have noticed the more i play around with it that things are a LOT slower then they should be but not as slow as it would be if the usage was really at 80% so i am realyl getting more and more confused as this goes on, someone please help me out, or point me in the direction of a place that can help me out. |
