I have a new external HD80, It is very slow to download all files onto my
laptop, when I click on a file I cannot see what is inside.

I also cannot cut or copy any files from the drive back to my laptop.

There is n othing wrong with my laptop as it has been checked. I was advised
it could be Vista software problem or the external drive is faulty?



What can you surgest I try to see what is inside all files on the hard
drive. And be able to copy foldewrs back onto laptop?
