So my new dell computer with windows vista home basic has the following
annoying feature:



When I hesitate with the mouse pointer poised over a live link, or a
pull-down menu command, the computer automatically opens that link/page/new
menu. What I want is to disable this feature, so that you actually have to
CLICK in order to move from one page to another. I've gone through what seem
to be the obvious steps (windows preferences; mouse preferences;
ease-of-access) but can't find any way to disable the feature.
