| | Presentation instability I have an ACER TravelMate 5720 with Intel Centrino Dual Core T7300, ATI Mobility Radeon X2500 and 2GB RAM. I attached an external monitor and configured it to be above my laptop screen. Presentation mode was on (Windows Mobility Centre). While working, the presentation mode began to randomly switch off and on, then both screens went blank 2 or 3 times as if resetting the display and when it settled again the external monitor was configured to the right of the laptop screen (the default setting). Anybody know any reason for this random behaviour? Eventually I had to disconnect the external monitor and just forget about using the extended desktop. |
