Backup Won't Allow Multiple DVDs

I'm trying to use Vista Home Premium backup for the 1st time. It appears to
be working, but when it needs to go to the second DVD to continue the backup,
the drawer is locked and I can't insert another blank disc.

The only way I've been able to continue is to go to Windows Explorer and
close the session on the current disc.

Is this a known bug? Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas?

Thanks to all.

Re: Backup Won't Allow Multiple DVDs

Although not a direct answer to your question...I gave up on using DVD's
as the backup media for Vista Automatic Backup; too many DVD's required, too
long to make the backups, multiple errors in the process. I bought an
external USB 160 GB drive for $60 as my backup destination; now it all works
smoothly and automatically.
