key bord issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when i press shift+2 it shows @
and when i press shift+' it shows "

i have trys reseting the language for the computer and keybord but its
dosent work

=s idk what elce i can do

If you are using a standard US keyboard, you don't use the Shift key to
get the apostrophe (') and that's why you get the quotation mark when
you press Shift + ' - Shift + ' correctly produces ".

What keyboard language setup do you *want* to use?

Those are what you are supposed to get (at least for those of us who
live in the USA). ;-)

Since you are apparently in the UK, or some other country that does it
their way, to change it, go to Start | Control Panel | Regional and
Language Options. Change it on the Keyboards and Languages tab, under
Change keyboards.
