When I go into control panel and open Program and freatures to remove an
isntalled program, it crashes right off the bat. I can see a few items but
it crashes and reports the error before I can do anything.

Hi,

Have you looked in the event viewer for clues yet? Since it partially loads,
at a guess I'd say there is a problem with an uninstall key or string the
registry that is loading with it. It may be difficult to discern which one
without doing some work in the registry.
