IIS 6 had the option to share your printers over the internet but it
appears that IIS 7 has pulled this out. At least in what ships with
Windows Vista. I need to share some client printers from Vista
machines over the internet, can anyone help?

Vista can only act as a client and print to a printer over http protocol.
