Vista - Can't cancel color print

Help! I've got an HP 6110 officject running Vista Home Premium. I am
not able to print in draft mode or black and white or grayscale. I
set the printer properties but it still prints in color.

I expect you are using the printer driver that came in VISTA itself;
these are often not fully featured. Check HP website for your printer
and see if there is a VISTA Full software package to download.

If there is, download it (don't use Install now or Run; use SAVE) and
note where the file is downloaded to.

If your printer is connected with USB unplug the USB cable from the PC
and delete any Printer Icon that may be in the Printers folder.

Then install the downloaded printer software and do not plug the USB
cable into the PC until the installation tells you to or until you
reach Finish. Then follow any instructions.
