03x000003ee error installing hp printer

Tried everything. Have Vista Ultimate x64. Installing the printer drivers for a 3210 HP all in one, located on the network. I can "discover" the device fine, and it works fine from other computers, just not the x64. I get an error during installation of 03x000003ee and the installation fails. Any ideas?

Error 3 is normally associated file path not found.

Are you setting up a local printer to a device with a network card or are
you connecting to another machine that is sharing the printer?

Stand alone printer with network card. Simple IP address (192.168.5.150) on the printer.

Works fine in XP and XP-64, just not Vista-x64 (needed for project vs reg Vista). Ultimate edition.

If one is paranoic one can unplug the internet while installing
something and virus check the installation files before using them !
