Printer server properties

I would like to add a new paper size format to print. I am using Vista and
am logged in as an "administrator" and I cannot "create a new form" under
print "server properties." The following are non-selectable and grayed out:
"create a new form", "delete", "save form", and "form name".

Re: Printer server properties

If you have Home Premium or greater launch printmanagement.msc to perform
print administration tasks.

On Basic you will need to launch the UI As administrator.

Re: Printer server properties

Sorry, much of your post is greek to me. I do have Vista Home Premium (I
think) but I do not know how to "launch printmanagement.msc". Is that
through the DOS command prompt?
Thanx,
Mary

Re: Printer server properties

The command "print management" does not come up on any searches nor is it
listed under the Control Panel Administration tools on my computer. Is there
a way I can upload "printmanagement.msc" to my computer or just simply get
the ability to change the print page size as easily as my husband's Windows
XP system lets me?
