| | Shared passwords not are stored Hi! I have two vista home premium, one with hp psc1300. I have created two users in each machine ... the default user for operate and other, named "remote" with password "1234" to acces the shared files and printers. In the network exists 2 pc with vista, two laptops with xp, one iphone and three pocketpc The printer operates perfecty (scan and print) in the local cpu, but the other cpu needs each time to validate with the user/password to access shared files printers. The user "remote" have all rights If i conect the "z" to \\vaio\files_group" and mark thr option "remember password" it mantains conection in the current session, but i reinitialize the system, i need reenter username and password to acces the shared folder. Once i have enterd this, the printer is accesed perfectly. What is the manner to configure the shared printer for printing without validate each time in the remote Vista? Thanks!!! Sam |
