| | Printing preferences I am unable to open the print preferences box either from control panel/printers or direct from the 'print' dialogue box in vista - it flashes up briefly before disapperaring!. I see a number of others have listed similar probs on the web but as yet have found no solution? |

| | Re: Printing preferences there is a failure when the application or explorer process loads the UI page. This is an issue with the driver. The best step is to verify you have the most recent driver for the device from the vendor. Download any driver uninstall applications for your device.
