| | network printing I have a print server and I can not print from Vista or server 2003, I can ping the ip address of the printer, I can web access the printer but when I send a job to the printer it errors out. Can anyone assist me with this issue? |

| | Re: network printing The print server is a HP jetdirect 300x and it accepts either mode. The printer is a brother HL5140 and I have the latest drivers. The ip address is internally allocated; however, at this time the address is 192.168.0.102 and it was made a static address for testing purposes. The other computers (XP) can print without any problems to the this ip address.
