Vista - Print Spooler Error

Hi,

I have a vista laptop running in a Server 2003 Environment, and when trying
to print a .tiff document through picture viewer its coming up with a
"spooler sub system app has stopped working" when selecting help for more
information about the error it displays that we need too add the program in
the DEP to be excused from DEP.

I was also getting an error message in relation to the "Com Surrogate" I
found a solution where I added dllhost to the DEP and that was successful,
however I cannot print this document through Picture Viewer. It is
interesting though to note, when I try print it to the colour printer it is
fine, but when trying to print the panasonic multifunction network printer it
has issues.

The document is printed fine from any XP workstation.

Can anyone offer a solution???
