Vista - Help - printer?

Does anyone have a list of all-in-one printers (print,copy,scan,photo,fax) that are compatible with Vista Home Premium? I had an HP psc 2410 that I loved but it does not work with my new Dell Inspiron 231 and I have to replace it

Just look at the number of messages here from people who cannot get
them working.

There are fewest issues with the Canon multifunction range and the Epson
multifunction range.

I must take issue with your statement below. I have a Canon Multipass C755
and there are NO Vista drivers available for it anywhere... not MS and not
Canon. Seems like everytime MS releases a new OS, we common folks are
expected to throw away a perfectly good working printer and go out and buy
another one! Go figure!

years to write Vista drivers, so if it is older than that, you were out of
luck. Microsoft cannot write drivers for other company's hardware devices,

I do not have a PSC 2410 here but just added the printer in Vista and it
appears to be full featured, including support for the optional duplexer.

Thank you so much - I finally got my hp photosmart psc to print, copy and fax, but could not scan. The site you sent me showed me how to scan using Windows Photo Gallery, and I appreciate it a lot!!

However, since I cannot install hp director software on the Vista software, there are still some functions I cannot do. Oh well, until this printer dies I'll be content with what I can do on it. Thanks again for your help.
