| Guest | unable to send fax i just switched from xp pro to vista business. I used to be able to fax a document direct from a program (quickbooks,excel,word,etc )using the ms fax printer. Now it converts the doc to a tif file and says its write protected and unable to send. then it says there is a problem with the fax & scan program and its closing it. -- tom |
