| | I can not configure a new form and size for my printer Hi, Sorry for my poor english. I am trying to configure a new paper size for my printer and it was very easy with XP, but when I try to do it in Vista all the properties appear disabled. (Printers->Printer Server Properties). With XP I can configure a new form, give it a name, write new sizes and save, but Vista do not let me do it. Any help? Thank you very much. Juan Carlos |

| | Re: I can not configure a new form and size for my printer Please say what version of VISTA you are using and the make and exact model of Printer involved including how it is connected to the PC -- network, USB, parallel ..... I would guess that you are using the VISTA driver that is "in the box" with it and these are often less fully featured than the ones supplied by the Printer manufacturer for the version of WIndows you are using. |
