I have a Canon MF3240 printer/copier/scanner. I have loaded the latest
drivers and the device appears under scanners in the control panel, but when
i go to use the software provided by Canon (Canon MF Toolbox 4.9) the scanner
software will not work. I get the message mentioned in the subject. Canon
told me it is a Microsoft problem since it works from Microsoft Paint.
Does anyone have any idea how to correct the problem?
