Problems installing software for a HP PSC ALL-IN-ONE 1400 series

An error message pops up when trying to install software and says that the
following registry keys do not exist and are required to continue
installation (slbcsp.dll; sccbase.dll; gpkcsp.dll). It also says that it
cannot access registry key enum. What are registry keys and is there a way to
fix this.
Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.

Are you logged on as the Administrator of the PC?

You can try downloading the driver package again from:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/s...cc=us&y=0&x=0#

Once it's on your PC, right click the file and select Run As Administrator.
