An error message pops up when trying to install software and says that the
following registry keys do not exist and are required to continue installation (slbcsp.dll; sccbase.dll; gpkcsp.dll). It also says that it cannot access registry key enum. What are registry keys and is there a way to fix this. Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated. |

Are you logged on as the Administrator of the PC?
You can try downloading the driver package again from: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/s...cc=us&y=0&x=0# Once it's on your PC, right click the file and select Run As Administrator. -- Cari (MS-MVP) Printing & Imaging www.coribright.com/windows "Misty" <Misty@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:4E5995CC-6BFA-4EFE-8269-3E8F62F394FE@xxxxxx
