Unable to send broadcast fax

I am new to VISTA. We have an HPd135 all-in-one printer. With XP we
could send out broadcast faxes utilizing the hp officejet d series fax
driver, and our fax list in MS Access. Very easy.

Now, with VISTA fax and scan, VISTA wants to access our email addresses
in Outlook. I cannot access the HP fax driver or our fax numbers in MS
Access.

Do I have to start over and set up a fax list in Outlook. Does anyone
have a solution to this. We would have to redo hundreds of fax numbers.
Yikes!

Would appreciate any input you might have.

Re: Unable to send broadcast fax

Are you still using the same AIO printer?
Vista WFS does not support AIO devices, nor broadcast faxing.

Re: Unable to send broadcast fax

Well, that would have been nice to know that VISTA doesn't support AIO
when we purchased our new equipment! I am emailing HP to see if they
have any solution to this. Thanks for the information. We are a
non-profit organization, and this is one of the ways we get our
information out to people.

Thanks again.

Re: Unable to send broadcast fax

FYI, Windows XP Fax didn't support AIO devices or broadcast faxing either. I
suspect you were using other fax software such as HP's software which they
may well have updated for Vista.
