Hello everyone
I did something really stupid and I need help...I did a system restore and now my computer is messed up, mainly my printer. I cannot download any drivers, can't get my computer to recongize my printer. I get 2 error messages saying: 1: HP Installer Driver ul not found 2: Acess to the registry key; HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Hewlett-Packard\eDiegs is denied. Can anyone help....I tried calling HP 1wk/2-3hr/day...and still nothing. i have a Compaq Pressaro SR2050NX - Windows Vista - 64Bit : Hope this info helps...thanks in advance!!! -- Tiff |

Undo system restore or choose a different restore point.

Tiff, *Stupid* question... Have you tried just uninstalling/reinstalling the

I had the same problem and I solved it by logging in as the administrator,
