| Guest | connecting to a network printer set up is PC with vista, through modem to switch to printer, I have set up the driver (canon ip4000) but cannot print, any suggestions |

| Guest | Re: connecting to a network printer Something (usually a router) has to assign a TCP/IP address to the printer. I have no idea whether your modem can do such a thing. If it can, you simply install the ip4000 as a network printer. If it's got no TCP/IP address, then you're very stuck.
