Don't buy it. I've spent all weekend trying to get it to work and the
product is rubbish. The tech support is rubbish as well. They have no
phone number to call despite repeated requests and they just suggest
the same thing over and over again.

Snappy Fax network server simply does not work. You send your jobs to
it and it just sits there. It's the biggest load of crap I've ever
seen.

I'm not a fax fan--
Anyway, Snappy fax has worked for thousands of users. Perhaps there is
something unique about your system configuration?
Your complaint will not get you any useful help without all the gory details
concerning your system, etc.
Is your fax modem on the vista supported list?
