| | Dell AIO 948 I have a Dell AIO 948 printer. This printer will not print photos from either Windows Photo Gallery or Paint Shop Pro. I have used the uninstall on the Dell Forums, reinstalled the drivers & the firmware. After installing the drivers and the system asks if I want to print a test page etc. I do. The printer will then print out a test page & photo. However when I try the programs listed above the printer will not print a photo. I select the photo to print - click print and nothing happens, however if I press the start button on the printer the paper goes through the printer and the cartridge carrier can be heard going across the paper, all that comes out is a blank sheet of paper. |
