| Vista Home Premium 64 bit much to my regret | Re: Vista 64 installs printers, won't print I was unable to print to my PDF printer after an automatic Windows update even though I uninstalled/reinstalled it repeatedly. But thanks to David's post, I am now able to.The instructions are specific to Quickbooks, but I followed them using MY port name and drivername instead of the ones specified in quickbocks solution. I believe it is the steps of removing the "enable advanced printing features" and then print directly to the printer that fixed it. I had exactly these same problems and this link to the Quickbooks forum solved my problem instantly. Give it a try.
