Vista Tutorial - Printing problems

Hi
I have two problems:
1) I cannot print from Office apps unless I disable User Account Control. MS
are looking in to this but does anybody out there have any ideas?
2) If I try to print more than one copy of a document I get the square of
the number of copies which I selected. For example if I ask for 2 I get 4, 3
I get 9 etc.
I asked Lexmark about these two issues and they say they are MS problems. I
would be grateful for help...

If this was a MS problem, it would occur with almost all printer drivers. It
does not.
(One of the standard Lexmark answers is basically it's somebody else's
problem.)
