| Vista Home Premium x64 | Fax feature on HP Solutions Center does not work for Officejet J6480 Help, I just bought an Officejet J6480 and have endlessly uninstall and installed the software with HP's help to no avail. The "Send a fax" feature on the Solutions Center just does not work, it keeps telling me " The scan fax failed, retry the fax". I can fax, scan, copy directly from the printer. I can also scan, convert from the Solutions center but the "send a fax" feature is the only one that doesn't work. Can anyone help me please. Everything else works fine.  |
