I have Vista Home Premium 32, connected to a Windows Home Server machine, to which I also have attached 3 XP machines. My printer is attached to the WHS and shared with all the other machines.

On the Vista system only, when I reboot, I can no longer print to the WHS connected printer. I have to Add a printer, respecify the network address (\\MyServer\Myprinter) and enter the username and password. Once I do this, I'm good until the next time the Vista machine reboots. Vista does see the WHS machine -the WHS client on the Vista machine is able to automatically connect and sync without my intervention, and I'm able to browse folders on the WHS machine without doing anything. It's only the printer which gets lost.

This doesn't happen on the XP machines - they automatically reconnnect to the printer everytime they boot.

How can I tell the Vista machine to regain its connection to the WHS printer automatically?

Thanks
