| Vista Ultimate 432-bit XP1 | Windows Scan & Fax: Recipient Name Hi: I have successfully created my own fax covers, but there is one thing that is bothersome and I've seen it occur in other posts. Regardless of whether you create your own covers or use the ones that come with the program, it seems that the Recipient name always includes the fax # right next to it. Is there any way to remove it from the Recipient line and keep the fax # on a separate line? Here is an example of what I found on another post, but this looks like what is happening to me too. I've just done away with the Fax No. fields so that it doesn't look redundant, but I would prefer it if I could get rid of the <fax #> in the Recipient field. Recipient: General Electric Co. Ltd. - Mr Smith<8005554598> Fax No.: 8005554598 Thanks for any assistance. |
