Scanning issues HP printers/scanner

Hi all,

I'm running an HP laptop with vista installed. Latest service packs. I have 3 printers/scanners. One at home which is an HP Photosmart 3310, and two in the office HP Photosmart C7280 & HP Laserjet M1522nf. I have the Solution center installed. when i use the scanner at home it works fine, when i open up the solution center and try to scan, i'm able to choose the file type ie. bmp, jpg, pdf and scan just fine. Problem arise when i get into the office and open up solution center it goes directly to the scan app. Before i was able to choose which scanner to use between C7280 & HP Laserjet M1522nf. also the with the work scanners i'm unable to choose the file type of pdf, i only get bmp and jpg. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the solution center a couple times, and was wondering if there is anything else i can do besides that (as the install is very time consuming). Any thoughts or Ideas out there? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

If your company has volume licensed Adobe Acrobat (full version) you can
install it and scan straight into the application.

Well the thing is he has Adobe installed on the laptop. when he uses the scan option for his home printer it gives him the option to scan it as a pdf, but when he goes into the office, plugs the computer into the network. Tries to scan a document, it does not give him the option to scan it as pdf (it use to).
