| | printer problems Hi All I have some experience with computers to get me by when installing, but this issue is troubling me. Just purchased a brand new ASUS laptop with Vista. I am installing a HP LaserJet 5MP to this machine. I have purchased a parallel to USB cable and when i first setup the printer on the new laptop, i was able to print a test page. After 3-4 days, the printer has stopped working. I am not getting an error message, just an error in the print que. I am not able to print anything (not even a test page from vista). The printer port is USB Virtual Printer Port. The Printer driver is only available via vista and can not be downloaded via the HP website.
