    scan from printer.

    I scan a doc from printer to computer intending to att to an e-mail but get
    message...Please wait while windows configures windows live mail. Nothing
    happens please help

    Are you able to scan and save that file to your Documents folder?
    What program are you using to scan and attach that scan to an email?
