The patch you sent me, along with the detailed instructions, have worked perfectly. It really is incredible that HP seem to have completely ignored this problem and I, like many others, have spent hours on the support line to them over the course of 2 YEARS (first call in March 07!!) and got absolutley nowhere. Thank goodness for people like you. You deserve a medal! Even though I did not request directly from you, I read the forum then went back to the HP site, and still noticed that they have NO info regarding this problem. Started a support chat with them, eventually supplied a link with a zip file with a document dated in May 2009. This appears to be your document and patch. Again, thanks!!
