Anybody had any luck installing this all in one, tried to install tells me
not available in english and to select a lang., english is on the list, but
pops up again. Went to lexmark no Vista drivers for this there, nothing on
Mircosoft, and am not having much luck on the net.

You could try an xp driver for this printer...
