Vista - Xerox DocuMate solution with ACT 5.0?

Hello All,

I have a Xerox DocuMate 262 scanner. Xerox has not yet provided a
Vista-compatible driver, but has had a release date for one sometime in May
2007.

The HCL lists the DM262 as compatible with both x86 and x64 versions of
Vista and that the driver is available as part of both Windows Vista x86 and
x64, yet when I tried to install the scanner, no driver was available and my
scanner does not work.

I am using Vista Ultimate x86.

Has anyone had success with installing any of the DocuMate scanners with
Vista and using the ACT 5.0, Compatibility Administrator, etc?
