Vista - Ethernet controller

hey ,
i installed windows vista on my computer but it didnt installed my LAN
driver i.e. "ADNtek AN983 10/100 PCI Adapter " and " USB host drivers "....
I installed the driver of LAN with the help of a cd which came with it ,but
it wasn't compitable with windows vista ... So please can you tell me from
where i can download the drivers which are compitable with windows vista ???

Assuming you intended the ADMtek AN983, I have checked for Vista drivers
for this adapter and, as far as I could discover, the latest seem to be
for XP and issued in 2002.

You seem to have limited choices:

1. Find another adapter that uses the same chip set and see if there are
drivers for it. I was unsuccessful.

2. Wait to see if the appropriate drivers are released some time soon or
contact the card maker for information on same.

3. Remove this card and install another that is supported.
