Vista - photosmart 2610v

I bought that printer 1 year ago at hp. Now I have a brand new computer, a
new program and nothing in my office is working as it should. I can not scan
pdf not e-mail scans, not print labels correctly.... very very frustrating. I
would not complain if I had an Epson printer but I really expect hp working
with hp. When can I expect my printer to work with this new program?

More than likely your printer needs a new driver. Go to the HP site and see
what it lists for your printer. I ran into the same thing, bought a new
computer with the printer and had to download the new driver.

It will work correctly when HP are finished with writing the new drivers:

That's what I did and my computer is set up to check regularly for new
updates but there is no new driver update for this printer.

Thanks - I have already printed out this document but it does not resolve my
problem and I don't know if I have the time to wait until hp comes out with
the new drivers. I have a business to take care of... coco
