| | photosmart 2610v I bought that printer 1 year ago at hp. Now I have a brand new computer, a new program and nothing in my office is working as it should. I can not scan pdf not e-mail scans, not print labels correctly.... very very frustrating. I would not complain if I had an Epson printer but I really expect hp working with hp. When can I expect my printer to work with this new program? |

More than likely your printer needs a new driver. Go to the HP site and see what it lists for your printer. I ran into the same thing, bought a new computer with the printer and had to download the new driver. |
